Ingredients for making Count's Marmalade:
4 ripe earl fruits
1 can of fresh cream
sugar or sweetener to taste (optional)
How to make Count's Marmalade:
Start by taking the pulp from the Count's fruit: open the fruit, separate the seeds and crush them in a sieve to loosen the stone. Put all the pulp and juices in a blender and blend until the cream is as smooth as possible.
Tip: You can easily get the Count's fruit pulp if the fruit is ripe.
Beat the cream with an electric mixer until fluffy and creamy. Add the fruit of the whipped custard and mix well. Taste and, if you like, add sugar or sweetener to taste.
TIP: For a light version of this dessert, use natural Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream. In this case, you can mix the yogurt together with the Count's fruit.
Tip: To obtain a creamier consistency, the cream used must be from a can and must be very cold.
Cool this Count's marmalade for 2 hours and you can delight yourself! Very easy to make, fast and delicious, don't hesitate to prepare!
